If you have not yet activated your digital product, you may be eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. However, once the 7 days have passed or you activate your product, you will no longer be eligible for a refund.

Please note that we offer complete technical support for any technical issues that may arise, but if you are using a compatible system and DAW, technical issues should not occur, and therefore are not valid reasons for a refund.

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us at support+returns@ssg-audio.com with your order number (SSG-XXXXXX) and the email address you used to place your order.

If you are eligible for a refund, we will process your request within 72 hours and refund the credit card or PayPal account you used to purchase the product. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.

Additionally, we offer free trials for all SSG Audio plugins, giving you the opportunity to test out a plugin before making a purchase.
